All new players start at
the Blue Level. As players
begin to earn Blonde Poker
Points at ring games and
tournaments, they can qualify
to be upgraded to a higher VIP
Level. Blonde Poker's VIP
Levels are assigned based on
players' Point average over
the previous three month
playing period, based on the
information listed in the
table below.
Players' VIP Club levels
are changed on the first of
each month. Players are
eligible for their first VIP
Level upgrade after playing in
two calendar months. For
example, a player who signs up
at Blonde Poker on March 4
will only be eligible for a
VIP Level upgrade on May 1.
Players are assigned to a
VIP Level based on their Point
average over the past three
months according to the
following table:

Club Terms and Conditions
- Your participation in
the VIP Club program shall
be deemed to constitute
your full acceptance of
these Terms and
Conditions.
- Blonde Poker's VIP Club
program membership and
benefits are provided at
the sole discretion of
Blonde Poker.
- Blonde Poker reserves
the right to terminate or
amend VIP Club program
membership and benefits at
its sole discretion and at
any time.
- Participation in the VIP
Club program is subject to
the terms, conditions and
regulations of the
program. Blonde Poker
reserves the right to
modify, add or delete
these program rules at any
time with or without
notice, though Blonde
Poker will attempt to
provide reasonable notice
in all instances as
appropriate. You are
encouraged to review these
general Terms and
Conditions and the other
VIP pages on a regular
basis in order to
determine if Blonde Poker
has amended the provision.
- Blonde Poker retains the
sole right to interpret
and apply the VIP Club
program rules.
- Membership in the Blonde
Poker VIP Club program is
free and available to
individuals residing in
countries where such
membership is allowed.
Participation in some
countries may be
prohibited by local law.
- Only individuals are
eligible for membership in
the VIP Club program. Only
the individual named in
the Blonde Poker account
may play under that
account.
- Membership is offered at
the discretion of Blonde
Poker. Blonde Poker may
deny membership to any
applicant. Any such
decision to deny
membership shall not be
open to appeal or review.
- Blonde Poker Points may
not be transferred,
bartered, sold or traded
in any way.
- Players who chose to buy
into any land-based Events
through the VIP Club
program, should that
possibility become
available, grant Blonde
Poker the right to use
their name and likeness
for promotional purposes
without further
compensation. These
players further agree to
help promote Blonde Poker
and act as a Blonde Poker
spokesperson during and
after the Events,
including, but not limited
to, meeting with press and
participating in other
events conducted by Blonde
Poker. Players must wear
Blonde Poker logo gear
during the durations of
the events.
- Any abuse of the program
or failure to follow
program rules may result
in the termination of
membership and forfeiture
of all accrued Blonde
Poker Points.
- Blonde Poker' general
Terms of Use also apply to
the VIP Club program.
- Decisions of Blonde
Poker' staff and
management about any
aspect of the VIP Club
program will be final.
