• All customers are entitled to 1 free withdrawal per month by any method on the first request.
• If you deposit funds via NETELLER, you will need to withdraw those funds via NETELLER before using a different method.
• If you deposit funds via Click2Pay, you will need to withdraw those funds via Click2Pay before using a different method.
• Withdrawals can be requested 24 hours a day.
• Any withdrawal requested over the weekend will not be sent until the following Monday (except NETELLER).
• A fee of $25 or currency equivalent will be charged for stopping any cheque.
• Multiple cheques can be requested provided that no cheque exceeds $ 7,500 US/CAN.

Neteller withdrawals requested on our website will be processed instantly and any request made from NETELLER website will be processed during the following hours:

02:00 AM - 08:00 PM Pacific : Monday to Friday
07:00 AM - 08:00 PM Pacific : Weekends
